You don't need a crash diet or a 3 hour workout in order to get fit. You need to a plan that is easy to start, simple to follow and motivates you to stay on it because it works. 

Your workouts are simple, efficient and tailor made for you. You'll work with the equipment you have access to (even if it's nothing) on a schedule that works for you. Your program will keep progressing you so you're always working toward your goal.

Nutrition changes will be introducted slowly so you won't have to overhaul your diet over night or anything. We will work together to help you make changes that stick.

Just a puppy...
