Baked Turkey Meatballs

These lean, protein-packed gems are perfect for a variety of dishes.

Enjoy them with pasta & sauce, rice & veggies, in salads, or as a quick snack. Easy to make and even easier to love, turkey meatballs are your new meal prep MVP!


Baked Turkey Meatballs

(makes 12 meatballs/4 servings)

  • Nonstick cooking spray

  • 1 lb (450 grams) lean ground turkey

  • ⅓ cup (40 grams) gluten-free panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1½ Tbsp coconut aminos/soy sauce

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil


Preheat your oven to 400ºF/200ºC and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium mixing bowl, place all the ingredients. Mix them gently until just combined.

Roll the mixture into 12 x 2” (5 cm) balls. Place the meatballs on the foil and bake until browned, about 15-20 minutes. If you are using a thermometer, the internal temp should read 165 degrees.
